Verification Techniques for Digital Circuits
This course is an introduction to the basic techniques used in the design of digital circuit verification and testbench. It has been provided by Prof. Elmar Melcher from UFCG.
Design Methodology
ipPROCESS
The ipPROCESS is a development process for Soft IP with prototyping in FPGA. It provides a disciplined approach to assigning tasks and responsibilities within a development organization. Its goal is to ensure the production of high-quality IP-core that meets the needs of its end users.
The Fenix Design Methodology
One of the main goals of the Fenix Project is to make it available a digital circuit design methodology. Thsi document contains the last version of the methodology used in the design of the Fenix wireless plataform

A Strategy for Specifying SystemC Micro-Controllers Model Using the ADL ArchC
This paper presents an approach for specifying micro-controllers models using the ADL (Architecture Description Language) ArchC and SystemC. This approach has been used to specify an 8051 micro-controller in SystemC allowing the design of a very efficient model in few weeks.
ipPROCESS: A Development Process for Soft IP-core with Prototyping in FPGA
In this paper, we propose a development process for Soft IP-core design, called ipPROCESS, as a mechanism to facilitate and speed up designers learning and improve their productivity, as well as a support for designing complex IP-cores.
ipPROCESS: Using a Process to Teach IP-core Development
In this paper we present an experience about how the utilization of a well-defined development process can be used to facilitate and speed-up students learning.
