FÊNIX PROJECT
The main objective to be achieved by the Fênix Project is the establishment of a well defined methodology for
IP design and the increase of students’ awareness about IP design (specification, synthesis, simulation).
This effort is being done in the context of a consortium including eight Brazilian universities, which is being
supported by MCT and CNPq. Beyond to provide training in IP design, the consortium will deliver modules of
the Fênix Platform, a platform for wireless applications.
